"OMG those pizzas! They were delish! And that was just what my mother said. This is the same person who for the last 30 years has steadfastly refused to eat pasta and who serves bolognasie sauce with potaotes! To watch her elbowing younger relatives out of the way for her 8th slice was nothing less than genious to watch. That was a true revelation. I knew from our first meeting that I was onto a winner. The hand crafted dough was a culinary triumph that should be shared with the Italians. The pizzas themselves were amazing to watch being made and cooked. Judging by the crowd around you I think they also found the set up and delivery unique and the very best in theatre style cooking. That was a stroke of genius as people got a feeling of personalised pizza making and what makes your offer so unique. My Italian friend Tina was equally impressed, she has a good cooking heritage and said they were fabulous likening the dough to the best she ever had in Italy and better than any restaurant in England. That was my test complete! I have been a chef so 30 years and it was a big thing for me to let go of the catering for my birthday. But I did and I was not disapointed. Sorry, let me rephrase that. I was blown away from start to finish. Your friendly approach and the way you held yourself on the day was a credit to you and the team, I am so grateful. Would I book again? In a heartbeat and right now I am scouring my diary for suitable dates.
